The team attended a mass at St. Paul Cathedral and made a presentation on human trafficking. The two sessions, one for the youth and young parents and the other for senior citizens, were interactive and thought-provoking. Many attendees were surprised to learn that some of their actions inadvertently contributed to trafficking, highlighting the need for continued education and awareness. One of the significant milestones of the trip was the launch of Mwagale’s YouTube channel. This platform will enable the Mwagale share its work and raise awareness about trafficking in Uganda, Africa, and globally. It will also provide a space for continuous engagement with a broader audience, fostering a community dedicated to combating trafficking.
