Mwagale Foundation is proud to announce our representation at the Global Consultation on Modern Day Slavery held in Bangkok, Thailand, organized by the Council for World Mission (CWM).
Ms Joan Ndagire Joshirah, our Founder and CEO, represented the foundation during this significant global gathering, which brought together organisations and thought leaders committed to ending modern-day slavery and human trafficking.
The consultation focused on the various forms of human trafficking affecting Uganda and the global community, with a shared vision of promoting international collaboration, raising awareness, and building resilient survivor-centered networks.
Our active participation marks a significant step in amplifying Uganda's voice in the global anti-trafficking movement, underscoring our commitment to international policy advocacy and victim protection.
